管道
该管道是项目中Illumina工作流1和2的Nextflow转换：
合并*（+ QC）->修剪（+ QC）->重新组装->（地图重叠区和＆爆炸）->地图参考。序列＃->对齐＃
*可以交错＃在后续运行中需要其他输入
请注意，这些步骤中的某些步骤如何映射到多个Nextflow流程，以分隔使用不同程序包的执行（这在使用容器化软件时非常有用）。
