1. 运行注册表： regedit
2. 定位到： HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\{guid} ， 具体的项按出错误日志中的。
找到这个项， 点击时会提示：“无法打开 XXX 由于某个错误无法打开该**。”， 不用怕， 按下面操作就好。
3. 赋全部的权限。
4. 重新安装。
权限的设置挺麻烦的， 如果有父项， 尽量在父项上设置，并允许继承子项的权限。
