这是为本地环境设置章节标记的方法。
1-在本地克隆章节标记：
$ git clone https://github.com/cbitterfield/chaptermarkers.git
2-将本地副本安装到virtualenv中。 假设您已经安装了virtualenvwrapper ，这就是您为本地开发设置软件包的方式：
$ sudo make boostrap
$ mkvirtualenv chaptermarkers
$ pip install -r requirements/dev.txt
3-如何启用/禁用virtualenv
$ workon chaptermarkers
$ ...
$ deactivate
