TPWEdit系统开机密码更改工具，已经汉化并单文件绿化，可在winpe下运行，它可以更改密码或删除本地系统帐户的密码，但无法知道之前的密码是多少，支持32和64位系统。
NTPWEdit 是通过直接修改“C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SAM”文件更改密码。由于 Windows 运行时会阻止任何访问此文件的操作，所以必须WINPE下运行或者硬盘挂其他电脑上。
使用方法：
从U盘启动Windows PE 环境运行 NTPWEdit来修改密码；
将硬盘连接到另一台计算机后编辑密码；
从单独的分区引导系统（如果安装了多个操作系统）。
支持系统：Windows 2000、Windows XP、Vista、Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows 10
