Supported devices The IEC870IP driver allows CitectSCADA to communicate with devices that use the IEC 60870-5-104IEC 60870-5-104 is a communication standard created by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Interoperability The IEC 60870-5-104 standard defines a set of parameters and alternatives it can support, compared against those used by the 101 standard. This is outlined in the standard in the interoperability list. Any telecontrol equipment or systems that are designed to adhere to the standard can implement a subset of the alternatives defined in this list, based on specific requirements.
