The program solves a set of coupled differential equations of first order describing the temporal behavior of the photon density and carrier density. The method is a 4-th order Runge Kutta with adaptive step size as implemented in Numerical Recipes by WH.Press, B.P. Flannery, S.A. Teukolsky and W.T.
