方法说明
我们提出了一种新的自加权多核多标签学习方法，用于潜在的
miRNA
疾病关联预测。
我们使用了多视图，包括通过高斯核函数计算的几个高斯矩阵和
miRNA
功能相似性矩阵以及基于最新版本的
MeSH
描述符和
HMDD
的疾病语义相似性矩阵。
我们采用迭代和替代优化算法，通过固定其他变量来分别求解每个变量。
最后，通过将miRNA空间和疾病空间组合在一起，获得预测的miRNA-疾病关联矩阵。
特别是，我们通过实验证明了
SwMKML
算法的收敛性，相应的分析表明它具有较快的收敛速度。
还值得一提的是，如果有更多可用的生物数据集，SwMKML
可以轻松扩展。
