在myeclipse中，第一步：项目右键-->> Build Path -->>configure Build Path -->>(进入的是默认的java build path --->> libraries)点击Add Library...---->>选择Myeclipse Server Library点击Next--->>选择tomcat 第二步：切换到 java Build Path界面中的Order and Export，选择tomcat。 index.jsp中的错误就会消失！！！
