工作日计算工具类
主要功能:传入两个日期,返回这两个日期之间有多少个工作日。
思路:先预设值好START_YEAR - END_YEAR年份范围内的节假日、补休保存到map;然后遍历这个年份范围内的每一天,如果在map里找到相应数据,则以map里的数据判断是否为工作日,否则以是否为周末来判断;最后构造一棵线段树,便于每次查询。
