问题：Failed to extract the files. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Instructions on the download page for more information.
解决方法：32位系统装了64位的jdk，换成32位的jdk就OK了。在虚拟机上装时要根据实际电脑的位数来装，假如实际PC是32位，虚拟机上的ubuntu是64位的，在ubuntu上也是要装32位的jdk。否则会出错。
