一、 系统软件情况：
mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.80-win32;
windows 7 home edition.
二、 出现的状况：
在使用MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard重新设置mysql默认字 符集
重新启动mysql不成功， 提示 the service could not be started。
三、 解决方法：
1. 在开始-->>运行中输入, 查看是否存在mysql的service
如果存在，并且不能手动启动;
2. 在开始-->>运行中输入regedit, 打开注册表，定位到
“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services” , 删掉
mysql对应的service;
3. 卸载mysql, 重新启动系统;
4. 删除mysql的安装文件夹，并且删除mysql的数据存储文件, 重新启动系统;
5. 安装并配置mysql。OK，搞定。
