如果报这样的错：

1.可能你的tomcat缺少文件，而这时候你就需要重新下载一个tomcat。

2.配置另一个tomcat，使用开发工具中的环境，不要使用你的本地环境。然后然后运行，看是否时你代码的错误。如果运行不成功，则是你代码的问题。

看你的配置文件路径。是与src是目录。如：

如果正确再看看你web.xml中的配置。

3.当开发工具环境运行项目成功时，那就进入你的tomcat的 F:\study\month7\apache-tomcat-8.0.24\apache-tomcat-8.0.24\webapps 目录下：删除所有运行过的项目应该就可以了。

原因：可能你的webapps下运行环境有别的项目错误导致你现在的项目错误。
