错误提示：
failed to install service or service already installed
原因：权限不够
解决办法：
1、找到cmd.exe文件（c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe）
2、右键cmd.exe以管理员方式运行
1. In a command shell, create a directory of your choice name and location（可以不执行）
2. Unzip the archive memcached-win32-1.4.4-14.zip in this location（在目录里解压文件，解压后如下）
3. Run on the command line: memcached.exe -d install （E盘是我的C盘，切换到解压路径下，运行这个命令就可以了）
