问题
在上一篇《MSBUILD : error MSB3428: 未能加载 Visual C++ 组件“VCBuild.exe”》，安装时失败了，提示：
解决办法
1、以管理员身份运行cmd
搜索cmd，然后右键“以管理员身份运行”
2、再运行命令
npm install --global --production windows-build-tools
成功了，结果如图：
