Runtime.getRuntime().exec的输出问题？？

我在执行下面两个代码发现了一个让我想不明白的问题，

代码2没有任何输出，这是为什么？？？

经过调试，将 proc.getInputStream()改为 proc.getErrorStream()是正确的，可以得到输出结果，结果为：
java version "1.5.0_13"

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_13-b05)

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_13-b05, mixed mode)
