现在uboot下ping主机看看连通没有?
打印信息看起来好像不是cs8900的问题,好像是nfs的设置问题

没有看到rootpath,把你的uboot printenv一下。
另外看到了这行:
Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(2,0)
还是需要uboot的env.
