程序的作用是通过WIFI定位你当前所在位置。

写得十分清晰,最终效果也比android develop上的要好。
但代码还是有一些小问题,原程序在点击按钮之后ProgressDialog无法显示,增加一个
还加了一个TextView来显示经纬度。
