注意：2a和2b步骤中，SQL脚本的句末分号必须去除，否则会出现table variable not declared错误
3. 客户端运行：
net stop wuauserv
del %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\*
4. 仍然会出错(0x80240017)，运行Control Panel->Troubleshooting->Windows Update->以管理员权限检查修复
