从视频中不断抓取图片的基本流程:打开视频流地址->获取视频流packt->解码成图片帧->输出图片
一.初始化Ffmpeg

说明一下:不一定要用智能指针。我确定这样写不会有内存泄露,所以就不改了,随手写的代码会有bug。
