在BIOS里启用hypervisor和virtualization，然后安装WP8 SDK。
如果出现“当前用户未添加到Hyper-V管理组时”，
以管理员身份运行CMD：
net localgroup "Hyper-V Administrators" <当前用户名> /add
命令成功完成后，启动Visual Studio 2012，新建一个PhoneApp项目，运行模拟器，
若出现MessageBox如下：

重新启动计算机后就可以了。
× 若未在BIOS启动完整的virtualization支持会在在SDK安装结束时显示未成功安装WP8模拟器，
重启后再次运行SDK安装程序，选择卸载。然后再修改好BIOS后，重新安装。
