 Math.floor(1.6)=1.0
 Math.round(1.6)=2
 Math.ceil(1.6)=2.0
 Math.floor(-1.4)=-2.0
 Math.round(-1.4)=-1
 Math.ceil(-1.4)=-1.0
 Math.floor(-1.5)=-2.0
 Math.round(-1.5)=-1
 Math.ceil(-1.5)=-1.0
 Math.floor(-1.6)=-2.0
 Math.round(-1.6)=-2
 Math.ceil(-1.6)=-1.0   

1. floor 向下取整
2. ceil  向上取整
