This software package contains Standard Peripheral Firmware Driver Library for LPC1700. This package included Macros, Data Types, Structure Types and Functions that are useful in peripheral functionality application without deep-knowledge about LPC1700's peripherals.

- 里面很多代码有问题，还是直接寄存器操作靠谱一点。
