In either case, the intention is not to give you step-by-step instructions on how to do a particular task but to provide general directions on best practices. You’ll need to do the hard yards yourself, but my hope is that this book will steer you in the right direction and save you a lot of time and energy by avoiding the mistakes that I’ve made myself—sometimes more than once!
