Ⳃ Ⳃ Ⳃ Ⳃ ⱘ ⱘ ⱘ ⱘ : 䖭 Ͼ ᑣ ҹ ᓎ ゟ ϔ Ͼ ㋏ 㒳 ᴹ ⹂ ֱ ⹂ ⱘ ᅵ Ḍ ໘ ӏ ԩ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ⱘ ᭭, ञ ៤ ક ঞ ៤ ક. 2.0 SCOPE: This procedure is applicable to all non-conforming materials, WIP and products. 㣗 㣗 㣗 㣗 ೈ ೈ ೈ ೈ : 䖭 Ͼ ᑣ 䗖 Ѣ ᗱ ߚ 䚼 ᠔ ᳝ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ⱘ ᭭, ञ ៤ ક ៤ ક. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 㘠 㘠 㘠 㘠 䋷 䋷 䋷 䋷 : 3.1 It is the responsibility of the respective MRB (Material Review Board) members to ensure that all non-conforming materials, WIP and product shall be properly reviewed before recommending any disposition in accordance with this procedure. Fully filled MRB forms should bear the signature of Engineer/Supervisor or above for QA, Engineering and Production, Buyer or above for Purchasing. MRB ៤ ਬ 䋳 䋷 ⹂ ֱ ᇍ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ⱘ ᭭, ञ ៤ ક ៤ ક 䞛 প ӏ ԩ ໘ ࠡ ᣝ ᑣ 䖯 㸠 ⹂ ⱘ ᅵ Ḍ. ฿ ݭ ད ⱘ MRB 㸼 Ḑ ᑨ ᳝ QA, Ꮉ 䚼, ѻ 䚼 䋻 ҧ Џ ㅵ / Ꮉ Ꮬ ҹ Ϟ, 䞛 䌁 䚼 䞛 䌁 ਬ ҹ Ϟ Ҏ ਬ ⱘ ㅒ ৡ. 3.2 It is the responsibility of the IMI (Incoming Material Inspection) group to ensure this procedure is implemented correctly and that all non-conforming raw material is moved and stored securely in the designated MRB area. This includes all non-conforming raw material identified as non-conforming in IMI, production areas and stores. IMI are also responsible to: IMI (ᴹ ᭭ Ẕ ᶹ) 䚼 䋳 䋷 ⹂ ֱ 䖭 Ͼ ᑣ ⱘ ⹂ ᠻ 㸠, ᑊ ⹂ ֱ ᠔ ᳝ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ⱘ ᴹ ᭭ ᅝ ܼ ⱘ 䗕 ᕔ ټ ᄬ ᣛ ᅮ ⱘ MRB ऎ. ࣙ ᣀ IMI, ѻ 䚼 ҧ ᑧ ⹂ 䅸 ⱘ ᠔ ᳝ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ⱘ ᴹ ᭭, IMI ৠ ᯊ 䖬 䋳 䋷: 3.2.1 Arrange meetings of the MRB in a timely fashion. ঞ ᯊ 㒘 㒛 ী ᓔ MRB Ӯ 䆂. 3.2.2 Co-ordinate the disposition of the non-conforming material as decided by the MRB. ण ৠ ᠻ 㸠 MRB އ ᅮ ⱘ ᇍ ϡ ড় 㾘 Ḑ ᭭ ⱘ ໘ . 3.2.3 Issue CAR where appropriate, and ensure that vendor Corrective Actions and in- house Corrective Actions are taken. And evaluate the effectiv
