There, you can find the chapters of this book available for free, so if buying the book is at all a hardship, don't worry, you don't need to. This Kindle version was created because a few students over the year asked for it. The small cost is just a way of saying thanks to the authors for their work in making this resource available. If you also want a print copy, the best way to currently find one is to go to the book website (ostep.org) and click one of the links from there. As of today, we sell version 1.0 of the book in hardcover and softcover through Lulu (a self-publishing service). We also see a full-book PDF for a low cost, again as a convenience and also as a way of saying thanks to the authors. Coming soon is a version of the softcover created through createspace.com - look for that too if you are interested.
