jquery.hiAlerts
由于工作上需要，在jquery.Alerts基础上改进的一个插件，现在有提示框，确认框，输入框，弹出提示层，顶部浮动提示层5个效果，我重命名他为hiAlerts，hi表示招呼的意思，这个可能还要修改添加一些效果，所以暂定为1.0版吧
