PropertiesEditor 1.打开eclipse 2.选中菜单，help->Software Updates-> find and install 3.在Install/Update窗口选中Search for new features to install,然后点击Next; 4.进入Install画面，点击New Remote Site; 此时，将编辑Remote Site, Name为propedit， URL设置为http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/ 5.点击finish, 按照提示安装即可。 可以自己创建一个Properties文件，小尝试一下，就知道，非常的爽。有了这样的插件，再也不用native2ascii这样麻烦的命令了。
