摘 要 本文介绍了利用可编程序控制器对某电镀行车的工作过程进行控制的方法,简化了控制系统的接线,克服了电磁继电器动作时间长、触点抖动的缺点,提高了系统的可靠性和灵活性。利用PLC实现对电镀生产线的系统控制,使系统具有很强的适应能力,可方便完成自动,手动拉制和相互之间的切换;整个程序采用结构化的设计方法,具有调试方便,维护简单,移植性好的优点。 关键词: PLC, 电镀行车, 可编程控制器, 控制 Abstract This paper presents a controlling system which controls the special traveling crane for electroplating. With a PIE. This system really helps improve the reliability and laity of the controlling system. And this paper introduces the application of Rockwell PLC in the plating product line.The system can achieve auto-control and manual-control, and be switched flexibly between the two methods. Modularization is the fundamental aspect of the programming designs. Advantages of this method includes convenience for debugging, simplicity for maintenance and good transplantation.
