iFit出于某种原因拒绝将Watts包含在锻炼导出tcx文件中，原因是Wats包含在csv中，但不能用于Strava或其他健身场所
这个脚本：
1. creates a dictionary of time(offset from start) : Watts for lookup
2. Converts the tcx (xml) file to a dict for ease of use in python
3. For each trackpoint:
1. Calculate the offset from the start
2. use that offset to lookup
