介绍
这是一个简单的拍卖，以墨迹合同的形式写成，并作为Web组件脚本部署到本地运行的基材节点上，它与一个简单的前端一起部署，从而可以创建拍卖和项目竞标。
dApp将接受投标，直到投标时间过去为止，此时不再接受任何投标。 可以随时收回丢失的投标，只有在拍卖结束后才可以申领/转让中标。
只有在先前的拍卖结束后才能开始新的拍卖。
安装
$ cd substrate-front-end-template
$ yarn install
$ cd ..
$ cd substrate-node-template
$ WASM_BUILD_TOOLCHAIN=nightly-2020-10-05 cargo build --release
运行节点和前端并上载合同（auction.wasm）
