vista下安装ArcGis9.2的解决办法
1、用最新版大小为17.7M的LMsetup.exe(ArcGIS9.3)。导入license.lic，安装完成，重启，再把license.lic、ARCGIS.EXE拷到C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x下，然后用记事本打开license.lic把第一行改为你自己的机器名。
2、运行ESRIFloat.reg.
3、运行“开始->Arcgis->License Mamager->License Manager Tools”
单击Configuration Using SerVices，然后单击Configure Services选项
修改Path to the lmgrd.exe file为:
“C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\lmgrd.exe”
修改 Path to License file为:
“C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.lic”
修改Path to the debug.log file 为：
”C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\ARCGIS_LM.LOG“
然后Save Sevice，再单击Start/Stop/Reread选项卡，单击Start Server。
3.Mount ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 DVD.iso
4.Install ArcGIS Desktop.
