Product Overview Nucleus WebBrowse is designed to utilize Nucleus PLUS, Nucleus NET and Nucleuc GRAFIX with Windowing Toolkit to create a custom-configurable browser application that can be used in an embedded system. It is developed entirely in ANSI C and supports a large subset of HTML 3.2. See Appendix A for the HTML specifications. Getting Started Applications containing Nucleus WebBrowse have an abundance of control over the look and feel of the browser. These applications have the ability to add functionality through new menu items and buttons, as well as, leave out unnecessary features. See below for some important acronyms and their meanings: HTTP Hypertext Transfer Protocol HTML Hypertext Markup Language URL Universal Resource Locator MIME Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions Nucleus WebBrowse was developed using three Nucleus products as its core: Nucleus PLUS as the real-time embedded operating system, Nucleus NET for the networking operations, and Nucleus GRAFIX for the graphical user interface (GUI). It was developed entirely using the Nucleus MNT prototyping environment.
