Audio Components Suite (ACS) is a freeware set of Kylix 1.0, 2.0 and Kylix 3 (Delphi Language IDE) components (source code included) designed to perform different sound-processing tasks. With ACS you can play sound via the soundcard, acquire audio data from different sources such as soundcard, audio CD and so on. You can also read and store audio data in several file formats (including Ogg Vorbis audio compression format). Special converter components allow you to change audio stream parameters, such as sample rate and sample size. With AudioMixer component you can do audio streams mixing. The ACS object model allows you to build such applications as players, rippers and mixers in a fast and easy way. And of course, with ACS you can add sound playing/recording capabilities to any of your applications.
