VB VB.net 一款外观模式Windows操作系统 画图工具的源代码，但是这个代码使用了一些高级编程技术，增加了一些比较高级的功能，如支持图片透明，支持多达10层的图层管理。最主要的是可以做360度全景图片。更为叫绝的是一个小小程序竟然支持10几种滤镜特效，反正一般图片处理的功能，如翻转，缩放，剪切等等都有了可谓麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。是不是有点类似 Photshop
