FastReport.MONO is a report generator. The product is entirely based on FastReport.NET and adapted for use with Mono. The product includes a visual Report Builder, Report Generator and various export filters, allowing to save reports into many popular formats. MS Windows: To run the demonstration program under Windows just run Demo.exe Mac OS X: The Xamarin Mono Rruntime package should be installed on your Mac. It can be obtained here - http://download.mono-project.com/archive/2.10.9/macos-10-x86/10/MonoFramework-MRE-2.10.9_10.macos10.xamarin.x86.dmg To run the demo use following command in terminal application: $ mono Demo.exe Please note that first start may take a while. Linux: To run the demonstration program under Linux, you must install MonoDevelop. FastReport.Mono uses version 2.0 framework, which is part of MonoDevelop. You may need to install an additional package "mono-gmcs", necessary for the successful generation of reports with builtin scripts. To successfully export to many formats, check that your system font files are stored in directory /usr/share/fonts/truetype. Almost all modern versions of Linux uses that path for storing fonts. If for some reason the font files are located in another directory, you will need set environment variable $FONTDIR with the command: export FONTDIR = /path/to/my/fonts where /path/to/my/fonts is the path to the font directory Send us comments, suggestions, and bug reports to support@fast-report.com.
