This is a WIN-32 desktop application software, an MPEG video editor that directly edits your MPEG compressed movies with frame accuracy. This software can be installed on a PC with Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP. The main features include 1. frame accurate editing for cut, copy, paste, and record. 2. insert simple transitions with video special effect. 3. an integrated text and graphics title editor. 4. still image overlay for text and logo insertion. 5. two audio tracks for mixing voice and music. 6. MPEG tool box including various MPEG Systems tools.
