通过比较当前应用文件和更新文件的文件修改时间，通过HTTP的方式从站点上自动下载最新的应用程序，类似于瑞星查毒软件似的的程序更新方式，本程序分为服务器端的配置程序和客户端的更新程序。具体见源代码。
