Mac OS X Preference Manifests
Quest Software has been working really hard on their Mac OS X management software. As a side effect of that, they have put together some Preference Manifests for MS Office 2008.
You can use these with anything that uses manifest such as Workgroup Manager or Quest's QMX offerings.
In the download you get a few things.

3. A MS Excel manifest
4. A MS Word manifest
5. A general MS Office manifest
