解决ubuntu上opengl的问题

装完ubuntu之后，对于opengl的程序总是出现问题，先将解决方案列出如下：

一般通过上面就应该可以解决，查了很多地方，终于好了，这样opencv cuda opengl的程序都可以全部跑通了。

不过要注意的是就是对于在cuda上使用opengl的程序要注意的是使用用optirun ./xxx来运行。主要是我装了bumblebee这个可以对双显卡的进行分工
