SVN出现：Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted。
这个问题更新时出现，现在处理，
1、下载Sqlite3.exe
2、放在项目与.svn评级目录下
3、cmd 找到sqlite3
执行 sqlite3 .svn/wc.db "delete from work_queue"
执行OK就好咯
刚发现：
但是在进行上传以及下载文件的时候会出现路径被锁的情况，点击文件右键选择Cleanup
