1 此处讲的是windows环境下的mysql配置，小编用的是win10系统；
2 安装完mysql后，数据库默认是大小写不敏感的；
3 修改my.ini文件：
C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini
在[mysqld]下添加：lower_case_table_names=2
