error MSB8020: The build tools for Visual Studio 2010 (Platform Toolset = 'v100') cannot be found

I want to run some programs of vs2012 on the vs2013 ,however some errors as follows:

first time the error is :

        error LNK2038: mismatch detected for '_MSC_VER': value '1800' doesn't match value '1700' 

        you can do that as fllows :

         project ->project properties ->  Platform Toolset  ,then  chooseVisual Studio 2012(v110),notVisual Studio 2013 (v120) instead     

however some errors more like that：

       error MSB8020: The build tools for Visual Studio 2010 (Platform Toolset = 'v100') cannot be found. To build using the v100 build tools, please install Visual Studio 2010 build tools.  Alternatively, you may upgrade to the current Visual Studio tools by selecting the Project menu or right-click the solution, and then selecting "Upgrade Solution...". C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.Cpp.Platform.targets 64 5 Sample_BezierPatch
