Job Description:
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for engineers for our 3G software development, integration & verification. You will work in a team using scrum development mode, doing both SW and I&V, to deliver high quality product.
You and your team will be responsible for implementing requirements from customer and also test the solution. Using scrum means we prefer the people who can do both coding and I&V.If you only have experience on either coding or I&V, you also have the responsibility to gain experience on the other side.
Requirements:
B.Sc or M.S in computer science, telecommunication or equivalent
Strong C/C++ programming skills.
Programming experience in real time embedded system
R&D experience in telecommunications industry
Working experience of 2+ years
Knowledge of TCP/IP and/or Linux/Vxworks is a plus
Good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
Open minded, honest & transparent
Strong team player and quick learner
３．Wimax AP Engineer (HZ-ND-1182)
Responsibilities：
Design, implement and test lower level MAC and SCH algorithms and features;
Simulate performance of design, particularly MAC scheduler. Update the access protocol to minimize
latency&maximize throughput utilization
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C and VxWorks.
3+ years experience with MAC design&simulation (not limited in WiMax)
MSCS with 3+ years exp.or BSEE/BSCS with 5+ years exp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively
Additional Desirable Skills:
1.Familiarity with OFDMA PHY/MAC and WiMax profiles;
2.Wireless MAC design experience;
3.Ability to logically and methodically develop and analyze access protocols
4.Ability to write clear and accurate technical papers in English
5.Over-sea work experience.
２． MGW(Multimedia Gateway) Tester（HZ-NT-1186）
Responsibilities:
We are looking for professionals for our MediaGateway R&D team in Hangzhou now. You will be working on completely new product development based on leading edge technology to serve the future needs of our customers.
We are looking for I&V engineers to complete our challenging project targets in next generation MGW (Multimedia Gateway) product.
As a I&V Engineer you are responsible for requirement analysis, creating test case set, executing test case set, analyze test results, fault reporting, and cooperation with SW developers in Europe and HZ.
You will get individual training package to get familiar with our tools and methods.
Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in telecommunications or a similar subject.
At least one year experience about 3GPP telecommunication protocols (e.g. H.248)
Knowledge of Mobile MGW product will be seen as an advantage
Some knowledge about software testing tools and test automation systems
Knowledge of SW development and testing processes
Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of mobile and IP networks
MSS product knowledge is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
Good problem solving skills and ability to work under strict deadlines and quality guidelines.

３． Project Manager(HZ-NP-1199)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Manager for MGW products covers the whole product creation process, starting with concept phase until first customer or trial deployment.
He/she provides direct service to Program Manager with scope of program planning & controlling of effort, time schedule, quality targets, change management and risk management.
The Project Manager is also part of the Program Management Office Team, and drives program management competence area/methodology for all Programs in the Business Line and supports programs as well as R&D, Product Management and Programs with program office services.
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree or technical collage degree in Electrical Engineers or Telecommunication or Informatics
hands on experience in applying project management methodology, iterative and agile principles
experience in product life cycle process
mature PMI, PMBok knowledge or similar
Mobile R4 systems
3 up to 5 years experiences in the area of Program/Project Management and
R&D for multisite large scale SW programs.
