2、在maven projects 中对应项目下的Lifecycle双击install，在项目的target目录下生成包含依赖jar包的jar可执行文件。
3、运行指令 java -cp D:\project4d\target\project4d-0.0.1.jar com.**.TestMain main >d:/log.log 执行jar文件
以上已经过测试，另比较常见的插件还有compile
