所以首先确定没开两个APT-GET，发现我已经开了新立得软件包管理器，又在终端用apt-get，关掉新立得软件包管理器。问题解决。

还有就是可以删除，重新配置

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock
sudo dpkg --configure -a
