I am trying to follow a manual for creating packages for R but I am stuck in the install.package step:
我正在尝试遵循为R创建包的手册,但是我被困在了安装中。包装步骤:
require(devtools)
build("/Users/mona/test")
build("/Users/mona/test", binary=TRUE)
check("/Users/mona/test", cran=FALSE)
> install.packages("test_0.1.zip", repos=NULL)
tar: Error opening archive: Failed to open 'test_0.1.zip'
Warning in install.packages :
'tar' returned non-zero exit code 1
Error in install.packages : file ‘test_0.1.zip’ is not an OS X binary package
> install.packages("test_0.1.tar.gz", repos=NULL)
tar: Error opening archive: Failed to open 'test_0.1.tar.gz'
Warning in install.packages :
'tar' returned non-zero exit code 1
Error in install.packages : file ‘test_0.1.tar.gz’ is not an OS X binary package
Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

I fixed installation of gnutar
this way by typing the following commands in the terminal (apparently it's a problem with OSX Maverick). However yet I receive the same problem when I install the package using install.package

我通过在终端中输入以下命令来修复gnutar的安装(显然这是OSX Maverick的问题)。但是,当我使用install.package安装包时,我也遇到了同样的问题:
sudo su -
cd /usr/bin
ln -s tar gnutar
curl -O https://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/MacPorts-2.2.1.tar.bz2
tar xf MacPorts-2.2.1.tar.bz2
cd MacPorts-2.2.1/
./configure
make
sudo make install
sudo port -v selfupdate
