System.IO.FileLoadException: 未能加载文件或措施集“file:///D:\WindowsService\bin\Debug\WindowsService.exe”或它的某一个依赖项。不撑持操纵。 (异常来自 HRESULT:0x80131515)。
原因：exe文件是从另外电脑的考过来的。
右键exe文件，属性，最下面有个解除锁定按钮，点击下。再执行installutil.exe，，问题解决。
