如果不能使用就需要以下方式获取
登录my.jrebel.com 用facebook账号登录。（需要VPN facebook注册和登录）
3、在setting>JRebel>change license 中

二：JRebel 设置
加入监听，在JRebel panel 加入需要监听的模块，模块里面的内容有更新，install 哪个模块的代码，
Jrebel 就会自动更新代码，不需要重新启动
