Position: Software Product Manager
Position Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze market requirement, collect and analyze industry competition trend;
2. Based on market(customer) requirement, define new product including define features, define performance and design GUI of product;
3. Visit customer regularly to collect customer requirement, get customer feedback of existing product and promote new product;
4. Define product promotion strategy and sales forecast with sales;
5. Sales Support;
6. Follow up product defect and bug, improve product performance.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor or higher, Major in computer or related;
2. English level CET 4 or higher, be able to write English documentation independently;
3. Familiar with software product development process, rich database and network knowledge;
4. Familiar with Powerdesigner, Visio, VSS design tools, familiar with software design mode;
5. Familiar with electronics manufacturing process;
6. Good communication, team work and be able to work under high pressure.

工作职责
1. 收集并分析市场需求; 收集并分析行业竞争态势;
2. 根据市场信息制定产品发展路线,并做新产品的功能/性能/人机界面的设计及定义;
3. 定期拜访客户,了解客户需求及产品的使用情况并做新产品推介;
4. 与销售讨论并拟定产品市场推广策略及销售预测;
5. 产品销售支持；
6. 督促并指导产品专员完善已有产品(如bug的跟踪,功能的完善);
职位需求
1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
2. 较强的英语读、写能力；能够独立编写英文文档；
3. 熟悉软件开发流程,熟悉数据库，数据结构，网络等技术知识
4. 熟悉PowerDesigner, Visio，VSS等系统分析设计工具；熟悉设计模式；
5. 熟悉电子制造流程；
6. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受较强的工作压力。
