Using SharePoint 2010 Central Administration Website, under Upgrade and Migration, click Check product andpatch installation status to show version numbers. Click the icon tothe right of the SharePoint 2010 product name, in the list below, to see ascreenshot of the Manage Patch Status page. You can also use the WindowsPowerShell command, get-spfarm| select BuildVersion, however that shows a different version number from the webpage. The BuildVersion from Windows PowerShell is shown inbrackets below:
